SalaryOur client is looking for a PA/EA to assist her in all areas of her daily life.
Predominately this role with focus more on assisting the client with personal affairs as she already has an executive assistant who supports with her business matters. Therefore, this candidate will be working closely alongside the client’s current executive assistant to make sure her diaries align.
The duties and responsibilities will include digital record management, scheduling doctors' appointments, managing all logistics of travel arrangements, organising/scheduling any meetings, liaising with accountants, creating financial statements, creating excel repots on budgeting and spending and other household correspondence.
The client is looking for someone who is happy to muck in and roll up their sleeves if necessary. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be switched on, a team player and willing to have a high level of responsibility and professionalism.
The normal working week will be Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
