Key Responsibilities:
Manage diaries and priorities for Partners and Principals.
- Maintain updated team information and assist with business development activities.
- Oversee the search process, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Manage client and candidate communications.
- Ensure database is updated accurately.
- Support partner by managing business development plans
- Coordinate client and candidate meetings, including interview scheduling
- Manage diary and time for Partners and Principals, handling changing priorities
- Handle expenses for Partners and candidates
- Maintain updated team and sector information on shared platforms
- Communicate relevant information on pitches, new and completed searches, and business development activities
- Schedule regular team catch-ups, progress chats, and reviews
- Assist in scheduling meetings for prospective hires and support onboarding processes
- Oversee the search process to ensure timely completion
- Prepare and format presentations, briefing documents, and candidate reports
- Manage client and candidate communications professionally
- Coordinate UK and international travel arrangements
- Manage administrative tasks related to database management
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all relevant information
- Support business and sector development activities
- Prepare pitch documents and update relevant credentials
- Liaise with Finance regarding terms and conditions queries
- Manage follow-ups and communications with clients and candidates
- Coordinate events, lunches, and networking activities led by Partners or search teams
Experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in a fast-paced B2B/professional services firm.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM databases.
- Experience working effectively within a global, diverse team.
- Track record of contributing to change and improved working practices.
Up to £40k base + up to 10% variable
Languages - You must be fluent in French
UK based - 2/3 days in London office
