Job Description
The Executive Hiring Partner is responsible for delivering critical high profile leadership appointments across L&G. Working with senior leaders and HR colleagues to develop and execute the resourcing strategy, you will provide oversight on processes that are outsourced to EXECUTIVE SEARCH firm suppliers and deliver searches directly. You will play a central role in project workstreams to proactively define and deliver the broader objectives of the function.
How you'll make a difference:
- Deliver critical high-profile leadership appointments across L&G.
- Build collaborative relationships with senior leaders and HR colleagues to understand likely areas of growth or challenge from a talent perspective. Acquire a deep understanding of requirements to develop and execute a resourcing strategy, ensuring proactive and efficient delivery of processes.
- Provide oversight on processes that are outsourced to EXECUTIVE SEARCH firm suppliers. Advise on the identification and choice of supplier and negotiation of terms. Ensure a robust interview process is in place and that searches run smoothly, delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Deliver end to end direct searches through prospective candidate identification, approach and engagement. Ensure that the existing networks of senior stakeholders are fully harnessed and, as required, obtain insight on the external talent market.
- Lead project workstreams to help drive and deliver the broader objectives of the function.
- Provide market and competitor insight to validate the case for new business initiatives, build talent pipelines for future hiring and support succession risk planning requirements,
- Demonstrate consideration of diverse talent on all search mandates. Deliver innovative sourcing strategies to proactively build diverse talent intelligence / pipelines to assist with future capability requirements.
- Ensure that the team consistently delivers the highest level of candidate and stakeholder experience.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have worked within an Executive Search company
- Bring five years plus experience working in-house within an Investment Management company or Financial Services provider
- Demonstrate a successful track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate a strong capability in delivering DEI initiatives
- Be exceptionally well networked within Investment and Asset Management industries
