Boyden Executive Search is delighted to be working with Crowe in expanding its Tax department to add a Partner to the team.

As a result of Crowe’s remarkable growth and ongoing achievements, we are expanding our Tax Department with the addition of a Tax Partner. This appointment will enable us to maintain our position as one of the leading tax advisory practices in Ireland. You will be responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end services across an array of tax advisory assignments for a diverse clientele, including ambitious entrepreneurs, leading family and privately owned businesses and elite global organisations.

Your role will be central within a collaborative leadership team of partners who focus on clients, people, business development, and growth.

You will contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the firm in an expanding Tax Department within an agile and dynamic practice. You have commercial acumen, strong client and managerial skills with excellent technical tax expertise.

Requirements

Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, AITI , CTA or equivalent) is essential. 10 plus years relevant PQE including with proven people and client management skills. Strong evidence of technical competence, analytics, financial and business acumen. Experience of working with a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors.
