About the role
Hope into Action is a dynamic Christian charity which is based in Peterborough and is growing nationally. Our vision to see every church play a role in addressing homelessness.
The Executive Administrator is an exciting new role which will play a key role right at the heart of Hope into Action. Based in our Hope Centre in Peterborough, this role will work closely with our CEO and our Executive team, providing administrative support and assistance. In addition this role will service the meetings of our Board of Trustees, coordinate other key internal staff meetings and ensure the key administrative functions of the Hope Centre run well.
About you
For this role, we are looking for someone with a passion to put their Christian faith and administrative skills to work play a role in addressing the tragedy of homelessness. You will have an eye for detail and the ability to adapt to a fast paced workplace where every day brings new challenges and tasks. We value good listening skills, the ability to work in a flexible team and learn new skills and initiative to work independently.

About us
Our model provides not just shelter and housing know-how, but also the friendship of a church. Together with over 100 churches, we provide direct support to over 350 people on any one night, many of whom others have given up on. They all require not only housing, but holistic support. Understanding the central role of the church and being motivated by your Christian faith is an essential part of the role.
Our vision is for every church to lovingly provide the homeless with a home. The tragedy of homelessness is in every community. We believe that with our help, every church can do something about it.
