Exhibition Marketing Manager – European Tradeshows
London based, Hybrid working (3 set days on site)

Great opportunity for an ambitious and experienced exhibition/tradeshow marketer who is looking to develop their career into a Senior Marketing Manager or Marketing Director level role.
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have at least 3 years' of direct experience leading marketing campaigns for large-scale tradeshows / exhibitions.
You will have the opportunity to work on high profile and rapidly growing European Exhibition portfolio that includes a flagship event and multiple launches.
The role
We’re looking for an experienced Exhibition / Tradeshow Marketing Manager to lead the marketing campaigns for European events portfolio and support the Marketing Director to develop a young and newly recruited marketing team.
You will create and deliver multi channel marketing campaigns (email, web, digital advertising, social, media partnerships, content marketing, direct sales, and sometimes traditional press advertising) to:
- create awareness of the exhibitions
- generate leads for the sales team to convert drive direct visitor registrations
This role will require a lot of research, planning, delivery and analysis skills.
Your days will be varied; you could be creating an email campaign one day, planning social posts the next, reviewing your Google ad performance the next, negotiating a partnership with an association or media owner the next.
In this role, you will be responsible for the management of a Marketing Executive.
The person
- It's essential you have at least 3 years' of direct experience leading marketing campaigns for large-scale tradeshows / exhibitions.
- You need to know how to market established and launch exhibitions.
- Multi-channel exhibition or tradeshow marketing experience with direct knowledge across social, email, web and content marketing.
- Confident in finding and securing new media partners.
- Previous leadership / management experience is advantageous.
- A natural communicator.
- Essential you are highly organised and able to prioritise effectively.
- Analytical and creative marketing skills.
- Excellent copy writing skills.
- Highly skilled at managing large volumes of data and data segmentation.
- Able to analyse campaign performance to make data-informed decisions quickly.
- A flexible, helpful and collaborative person who is happy to support the team's marketing efforts.
