I am recruiting for an established client who are growing and developing this highly successful business based in Chertsey, Surrey.This is a newly created role supporting 2 Board Directors.The Executive Assistant will require a strong work ethic and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and work in partnership with the business support network. Duties of the Executive Assistant will involve assisting with all necessary projects, managing diary and travel scheduling, organising arrangements for meetings with stakeholders both internally and externally, as well as providing other business support administration and undertaking ad hoc projects.Responsibilities: Performing a diverse range of executive level administrative duties including; managing calendars, composing correspondence, arranging travel plans and providing agenda and minutes for meetings. Ensuring the Directors meet all commitments and deadlines by keeping them informed of upcoming events. Handling queries from people at all levels; including visitors, fellow staff members and industry specialists. Carrying out projects or research to help compile reports and presentation materials. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dedicated and a self-starter who can work independently, while being organised and efficient. A high level of confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal / communication skills including professional written communication. Excellent organisational skills - ability to multi-task is vital.
