SalaryAmazing Private PA role paying up to £100K!
Experienced Private PA required for principal living in large, fully staffed private residence in Central London.
Required to work M-F, 9am – 5pm, 5 days in and be on call outside of working hours. Some travel also required in the UK and abroad but usually for not longer than 1 week at a time.
Based out of a home office, working amongst other staff members, you will be totally responsible for all Private PA duties; email management, complex diary, extensive travel, recruitment and management of a team of domestic staff, household refurbishment projects, staff contracts, liaising with husbands’ EA/wider team, household accounts, all research, events, appointments, daily requests etc.
This is a very busy but highly rewarding Private PA position that requires a pro-active, highly flexible PA, able to think outside the box, working very closely with their boss, in a collaborative working environment.
All PAs applying will ideally have English as a first language and be degree educated or equivalent. You must have a minimum of 5 years Private PA experience, having worked as a PA for 10 years+. Experience using Excel and Word key.
We are looking to hire a seasoned Private PA who has previous experience managing properties and staff, is happy to travel and gets on easily with everyone.
All Private PAs applying will have ideally worked before for a VIP or private business family in London so can hit the ground running having previously done a similar role.
Flexibility and bags of emotional intelligence essential ingredient for this job!
Please note this role requires a PA to work 5 days in the house office - there is no hybrid or remote working available.
Salary on offer offer £80,000-100,000K
