Our client, a busy freight forwarder, is now seeking an Ocean Export operator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years previous experience of Ocean Export operations from start to finish within a freight forwarders.
Duties:
- Liaising with shipping lines.
- Liaising with customers.
- Dealing with Quotes.
- Arranging haulage.
- Maintain a high level of customer service with the customers.
- Documentation.
- Invoicing out.
- You must have excellent customer service skills and previous ocean export freight experience is essential.
