SalaryMajor Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a professional SME in the Aldridge area who are seeking an experience Export Coordinator to start immediately. Excellent opportunity for someone that is potentially looking to move into a more office management type of role.
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (some flexibility with hours & hybrid- 2 days per week options)
Duties and tasks will include:
- Processing and managing export quotations and orders
- Compliance of import and export
- Export on an EU and international level
- Document management
- Coordinating shipments
- Custom clearance
- Coordinating staff
- Potential to supervise team during managers absence
- Maintaining records
- Liasing with clients and customers
