Export Sales Administrator
Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with a Logistics and Distribution Business based in Rotherham. The business is looking for an Export Sales Administrator to support with internal export and general sales administration.
As Export Sales Administrator, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Prepare all airfreight documents on behalf of the business
- Liaise with third party freight forwarder to organise export
- Oversee order administration processes, ensuring accuracy from sales order acknowledgment to invoicing
- Handle the preparation and management of customer paperwork
- Ensure compliance with regulations, as well as specific country and customer requirements, for export documentation
- Accurately raise invoices and credit notes
- Effectively resolve transport invoice queries
- Process quotes based on customer requirements
Key skills of the Export Sales Administrator:
