We are working with an wholesaler supplier in the automotive industry for the following position: -
Export Sales Administrator
The role is Full Time Office Based - 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Requirements
- Experience in the Commercial Vehicle/Trailer/Automotive parts industry would be an advantage.
- Experience in telephone or direct sales would be preferred.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Must be organized, flexible and punctual.
- Good level of computer skills, Office 365, Excel/Word.
Duties
- Liaising with current Export customer base regarding orders and shipments.
- Promoting our range of products.
- Direct sales, quotations and managing customer accounts.
- Arranging/coordinating shipments with transport providers and ensuring customers’ orders are delivered and received in a timely and professional manner.
- Export documentation. Making sure all documentation is completed correctly to comply with export requirements.
- Communication with other departments, Purchasing/Warehouse with regards to customer’s needs.
