We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Sales Manager to join our clients who are committed to delivering high-quality engineering products and services to their global clientele. You will play a pivotal role in driving international sales efforts and expanding the company market presence.
This role will suit a seasoned Export Sales Manager with an instrumentation background along with a thorough understanding of process (Oil, Gas, Power, Renewable, Petrochemical, General industry) applications.
Salary £55K + benefits
Key responsibilities for the Export Sales Manager include,
- Identify new potential customers and markets
- Supply of market intelligence about projects in or for the export business
- Develop relationships with end clients and key project companies
- Manage the campaign to work with the OEM's
- Co-ordinate the preparation of technical pre-qualification information
- Ensure the successful execution of Export Sales strategies
- Manage and mentor other external Sales engineers & international sales team
The ideal Export Sales Manager will need,
- Be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience
- Flexibility to travel internationally when required
- Proven experience in engineering related Export Sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Results-driven and goal-oriented
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
