Hays Education are currently working with a well-established Nursery in Lytham who are recruiting for a number of EYFS Assistants on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Ensure that the nursery is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
To be successful:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
