EYFS Teacher - possibility of TLR

Aldermoor Farm Primary school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate, highly motivated and innovative EYFS teacher. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for our children. As a class teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and supporting the holistic development of each child in your care.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a range of skills:
Knowledgeable and passionate about child development and how young children learn
Able to plan, inspirational learning experiences, personalise learning and ensure high quality interaction
Able to plan an enabling child-centred environment to ensure all children progress
Able to work closely with parents and carers to build positive relationships and ensure that they are informed and engaged in their child's learning journey
Work well in a team with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
Confidently able to create a calm and safe learning environment which supports children to self-regulate and take responsibility for their own behaviour
An aspirational, reflective and empathetic practitioner
Receptive to new ideas and approaches
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
Commitment to safeguarding and equality
