You will be required to work as part of the team with the direction of the Management Team to provide safe, high-quality education and care for young children. To maintain a stimulating and enjoyable environment always working in line with the settings policies, procedures.

Duties Include:
· Focus on getting to know the children, playing and educating them; less time focused on administrative duties.
· Keeping accurate assessment records of children’s development to ensure all children can have an equal chance to make the best progress.
· Provide consistently high quality, child-centred, responsive care to all children
· You will be able to model play and provide well planned stimulating, enabling environments for children to thrive
· Extending children’s development through play with a mixture of guided learning and in the moment teachable experiences
· To be able to listen and respond to children in a child centred manner which Safeguards children
· Work in partnership with parents to promote the best outcomes for children which is supportive
Candidate Requirements:
- Level 3 qualified
- Preferred EYTS/EYP Status
- For this role being committed and having passion for the role is essential.
- The successful candidate must have a positive outlook towards continual professional development.
- Reliable as continuity is vital for our very young children
- You must be committed to protect children from harm through following safeguarding procedures and ongoing professional development.
