This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working pattern, a salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, The comprehensive benefits package includes a 35-hour workweek, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a 7% pension contribution, life assurance, private medical insurance, and long-term sickness cover. Please note that there is an expectation of occasional travel to the organisation's London office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a wide range of training programs, including technical skills, soft skills, time management, and customer service training. Additionally, the role involves facilitating a 6-week induction program for new starters, managing stakeholder relationships, evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions, analysing data, and tracking performance metrics. Staying updated with the latest training techniques is crucial to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and design engaging and effective training materials tailored to meet specific organisational needs.
- Facilitate interactive and professional training sessions, both in-person and virtually, covering technical skills, soft skills, time management, customer service, and more.
- Lead the 6-week induction training for new starters, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Analyse training data and track performance to measure the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Stay current with the latest training techniques and best practices to enhance training programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training content in a professional environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire participants.
- Proficient in e-learning platforms and training tools.
- Experience with Articulate software is desirable.
- CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
