Adecco are currently looking for a Facilities Management Administrator to work for our client in Bolton, on a Temporary, on-going basis.
Duties:
Managing the Facilities Management Help Desk
Being the first point of contact for contractors who are on site for repairs
Day to day administrator duties
Telephone enquiries
Chasing up outstanding works
Managing car park intercom and access
Scanning & filing
Finance purchase ordering and invoice processing using financial software
Additional duties to support the Facilities and H&S manager and take minutes at departmental meetings
Skills/Knowledge:
* Experience of working in a busy fast-paced office environment
* Experience of using a range of computer packages including word, excel, email and finance software.
* Experience of working in a facilities or estates management function
ALL applicants MUST have an enhanced DBS certificate to be considered for this role.

Salary: £11.83ph
