Adecco are currently looking for a Facilities Management Administrator to work for our client in Bolton, on a Temporary, on-going basis.Duties:Managing the Facilities Management Help DeskBeing the first point of contact for contractors who are on site for repairsDay to day administrator dutiesTelephone enquiriesChasing up outstanding worksManaging car park intercom and accessScanning & filingFinance purchase ordering and invoice processing using financial softwareAdditional duties to support the Facilities and H&S manager and take minutes at departmental meetingsSkills/Knowledge: Experience of working in a busy fast-paced office environment Experience of using a range of computer packages including word, excel, email and finance software. Experience of working in a facilities or estates management functionALL applicants MUST have an enhanced DBS certificate to be considered for this role.
