We are looking to recruit a Facilities Administrator on a temporary basis for 3 months to support the day to day facilities management of their workplace with a variety of administration tasks. They are a leader in their field and foster a supportive team environment with a good care factor.

The Administrator Role
This will be a varied admin role supporting the facilities department.
Responsibilities as an Administrator will include:
- First point of contact on the Helpdesk, swiftly resolving queries and assigning tasks to colleagues
- Raising purchase orders for essentials like PPE and stationery, ensuring optimal stock levels
- Collaborating with contractors to address customer queries, attending meetings as needed
- Utilizing the Building Management System for routine temperature adjustments in buildings
- Reconciling team Company credit card spend and processing invoices
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks
The Ideal Administrator
In order to be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication skills and ideally a good admin background. You should also be confident and professional in your approach and need to have a friendly and efficient manner. The ability to be self-motivated and customer focused is also key for this position.
