Halliwell Jones Warrington is looking for a Facilities Administrator.
Your role
The position is located at our Warrington Centre which is a fantastic modern facility including BMW and MINI Showrooms, Aftersales, and Bodyshop.
Your Responsibilities:
- To support and assist the Group IT & Facilities Manager in maintaining the Group's Facilities management.
Your profile
- Computer Literate with knowledge of MS Office 365.
- Strong communication, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills with a commitment to providing the best possible standard of work and service.
- Willingness to learn and develop the role.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player offering help and support to others.
- An enthusiastic, dynamic and team-orientated personality with an outstanding attitude to Facilities management and with ability to use own initiative.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
