Facilities Assistant

Job title: Facilities Assistant

Salary: Up 30k

Location: Hoddesdon

My client is looking for a Facilities Assistant to join their team, this is a 6 month FTC contract but with a possibility of extension. You will be assisting the facilities team focusing on minor repair works building fabric, such as door handles, lights and compliance testing.

Duties:

• Liaising with contractors and vendors
• Assist management team with daily tasks linked to site and production.
• Travelling offsite to collect supplies
• Familarise with all emergency/fire procedures
• Help to maintain a safe working environment
• Provide good customer service
• Attend client meetings
• Order and deliver refreshments
• Update the weekly calendar
• Admin duties - photocopying, printing, and laminating.
