I have a great opportunity for an experienced Facilities Assistant working for an Investment firm in Central London. The successful Facilities Assistant will have previous experience working in a facilities focused role, and who has had involvement with Health and Safety.
July start date, hours 9am – 5pm.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborated with the facilities team to ensure administrative tasks are completed promptly.
- Support with any health and safety risk assessments.
- Perform regular inspections of the premises to identify and address issues
- Carrying out general admin support duties as and when required.
- Manage security and access control systems.
- Respond to facilities related emergencies.
- Previous experience in a Facilities role
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification desired but not essential
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
