?? Duties:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the office facilities
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and deliveries
- Manage office supplies inventory and restocking
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing rooms for events
- Support the Facilities Manager with any ad hoc tasks

- Ability to work under pressure to fulfil customer requirements
- Ability to respond to multiple requests at a time
