Join our Westminster based team as a Facilities Assistant and play a vital role in ensuring our centers are fully functioning and welcoming.
Responsibilities of Facilities Assistant:
- Aid the Facilities Manager in caretaking and maintenance duties to maintain fully functional and welcoming centers.
- Ensure buildings and facilities are safe, clean, and ready for operational use.
- Implement standard systems and procedures for consistent service delivery across all sites.
- Provide facilities and customer service support for learners, tutors, and staff, including event assistance.
- Manage a courier service efficiently.
- Be flexible for late evening and weekend work as needed.
Requirements of Facilities Assistant:
- Hold a manual driving license with a maximum of 3 penalty points.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving and managing queries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT proficiency, including Office 365 familiarity.
