SalaryWe are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join a friendly and busy Estates department.
Being a part of the welcoming team, the post holder will play a pivotal role in delivering key maintenance tasks and ensure the day-to-day smooth running of the building.
Additionally, you will be responsible for security of the building, opening and locking the building at the start and/or end of the day on a roster system with others and to monitor access control systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a collaborative team player and have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
