An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Coordinator to join one of the leading real estate firm based in the Manchester area. On offer is a competitive salary of Up to £30k in addition to other benefits
Key Duties:
- Support the senior Facilities Management team in monitoring contractor work permits, site risk assessments and landlord compliance measures using approved web-based platforms and systems
- Assisting in the managing of accurate reporting of environmental and social sustainability compliance data in line with the asset business plan and corporate directive
- Organise the coordinate weekly tasks in collaboration with the Senior Facilities Managers providing administrative support for each asset such as maintaining and updating emergency occupier contact lists and monitoring contractors and documents using web based electronic records
- Provide cover in the case of absence of the Senior Facilities Manager and other facilities Coordinators
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handing Microsoft office packages
- IOSH, legionella and asbestos management as minimum General understanding of Health and Safety legislation and fire regulations
- Organisational skills
- Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with the property management team, site staff and contractors.
- Valid UK Driving Licence
