An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Coordinator to join a leading real estate firm based in Manchester sitting in their property management team. This is an administrative role with the successful applicant reporting Up to the Centre Manager within the team. On offer is a competitive salary of Up to £30k in addition to other benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the processing of all invoices is timely and accurate, all invoices are authorised for payment and all associated records are maintained.
- Liaise with the wider team on production, maintenance and distribution of the retail partner’s handbook,
- Conducting the minutes from retailer meetings.
- Assisting and updating various records accordingly.
- Assisting in maintaining and checking financial records, ordering of supplies, and banking.
- Being instrumental in old market customer service programme.
- Delivering, maintaining data and involved in team engagement, training and enlivenment.
- Admin support to management team which includes collating data and creating reports and various admin duties.
- Generating a quarterly newsletters
- Responding to tenant queries.
