Facilities Coordinator

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join the Waste and Cleaning team to provide administration support associated with the management, control and reporting of compliance delivery data, to ensure that all contractual and statutory requirements are met.
The role will include analysing PPM service documents and delivery data and producing compliance delivery reports and statistics.
You should be capable of working and staying compliant to Health and Safety regulations, monitor the performance and reporting of PPM Service Documents as well as the delivery of data and training as required. You will hold a current IOSH certification, have a good level of communicative English as well as be detail conscious and excellent time management skills to follow tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Health & Safety training, be able to demonstrate experience of PPM and Asset Management and have a good knowledge of CAFM systems such as Maximo and Concept.
