The role
As a Facilities Management Integration Lead, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll work on a range of exciting design, manufacture and support projects, whilst working with a number of key clients domestically and internationally.
Day to day, you'll:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, internal departments, and external stakeholders
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with the Subcontract including Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
- Be accountable for management of Facilities Management budgetary
This role is full time working thirty-seven hours per week. There is a requirement to work across a range of Babcock sites in Colerne, Corsham and Bordon with hybrid working from home arrangements.
Essential experience of the Facilities Management Integration Lead:
- Experience with management of contractors
- Experience working in partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and with people from apprentices to senior management
- A person who is adaptable and self-confident in navigating uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity in order to deliver continuous improvement
Qualifications for the Facilities Management Integration Lead:
- Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) or equivalent qualifications
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
