Are you passionate about historic buildings, working with people and delivering excellent service? Come and join our brilliant portfolio leadership team in North Worcestershire. We have an opportunity for a well organised Facilities Manager to ensure our properties and facilities are aligned with relevant Health & Safety, Environmental, Fire & Security standards.
What it's like to work hereHanbury Hall is a busy property, projected to welcome around 240,000 visitors this year, with numbers expected to grow further in future. No two days are the same, so you’ll never get bored. It’s a beautiful site, with an historic house, stunning formal gardens, and acres of parkland for walking. Reporting to the General Manager you’ll lead a team of three part-time General Cleaners and a small group of volunteers. You will also support and influence the wider team across the site. You’ll be joining a fantastic team of committed and experienced people, working together towards shared goals – achieving great things and having a bit of fun along the way.
For us, facilities aren’t a back-office function, so you’ll be out and about inspecting our properties and keeping on top of our systems. As part of the property team you’ll be accountable for the running of all aspects of facilities management at Hanbury Hall, making sure we are safe and compliant. You’ll also act as a Duty Manager on rota. This role is part of a core team with complimentary working patterns – usually working either Tuesday to Saturday, or Sunday to Thursday.
