Facilities Manager, HNWI Residential Estate, Knightsbridge, to £48k
We are recruiting for our client a Facilities/ Building Manager to be based at 4 luxury apartment blocks in Knightsbridge. These are listed buildings with apartments mainly owned by international HNWIs, so although occupancy levels are often as low as 30%, 6 star customer service is expected.
Day to day you will manage a team of 11 front of house/ concierge porters plus cleaners and maintenance contractors, ensuring that the properties are maintained to the highest of standards. With 40+ split units and 20+ boilers, centralized pumps and water management systems in place, a sound knowledge of M&E technical services is required.
With the incumbent recently retired after many years of service, hearts and minds need to be won as well as new systems and procedures introduced.
Applicants should have an IOSH or NEBOSH H&S qualification and minimum 3 years' experience as Facilities or Building Manager, ideally within a high end residential, hotel, military or similar customer facing environment.
A salary of up to c£48k is offered with package
