Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage all Facilities projects for the Resort, up to a value of £1million. Working closely with Project Champions across departments and externals contractors, to ensure all projects are delivered to expectation, and producing outcomes that will, where appropriate, support our ambition to provide memorable experiences to guests. Liaising with Park Operations to minimise disruption to our guest experience.
You will be the ‘go to’ person for Resort projects, working closely with the Merlin Making Magic project team to explore synergies and opportunities to deliver the best outcome for the Resort.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for the following skills and experience;
- A member of the Association for Project Management
- Prince2 project management desirable but not necessary
- Demonstrable experience of running local projects with multiple stakeholders
- Previous FM experience
