Junior Facilities Project Manager required to visit sites around the UK and deal with the refits of new premises
6 months temporary contract
Driving licence required
- On site communication with stakeholders e.g. MDs, Heads of Office, Office Managers etc.
- Attendance of working group meetings.
- Liaise with Regional FMs and FMs and engage them on project early, handover, and O&M's.
- Own floor plans once handed from the fit out manager i.e. which team sits where.
- Ownership of project trackers - checking all actions are completed on time (for all teams e.g. IT kit ordered by IT, contracts set up by FM, furniture ordered by Projects etc.)
- Management of office fits outs, clearances, and decommissions of offices.
- Preparing furniture & equipment orders.
- Management of invoicing and budget tracking of invoices.
- Furniture and equipment installs.
