Location: Kings Hill
Salary: Up to £25K
Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a well established company within their sector. They have a modern look office and facilities. We are seeking candidates enjoy being hands on and looking to progress their skills within a growing company. You will be working with a family feel team that enjoy regular social events. If you are a self- motivated person who enjoys a busy working environment then ready on!
Duties:
- Being the first point of contact for clients, over the phone and email
- Managing your own tasks and prioritising your workload
- Keeping customers up to date with updates and changes
- Chasing outstanding documentation efficiently
- Communicating with internal teams to complete your daily tasks
- Using different systems to upload documents and complete reports
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience working with a housing would be great
- Come from a customer service office background
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Great communication skills
- Happy to work as a part of a team and individually
