Factory Administrator
Mivan is a dynamic and progressive specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor with a reputation for excellence and innovation. We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team based in Antrim.
Job Role
The successful applicant will provide efficient administration support within our Production Department. The main duties will include:
- Management of time and attendance for Factory operatives.
- The accurate collection, processing and presentation of production data.
- Distribution of job sheets and call-offs.
- Working with production managers to improve reporting process.
- Update production database
- General admin support as required.
- Provide relief cover for Reception as required
Criteria
The successful candidate will have extensive admin experience. Previous experience within a production environment would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided. Candidates should have a professional and pro-active manner with excellent communication, planning and organisational skills. Candidates are also expected to have excellent IT skills, good numerical skills, the ability to complete work accurately with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
