In our vibrant Camden service, every day is a new experience, and we treat each person as a unique individual. We are a diverse and collaborative team, comprising a dedicated ensemble that includes a service manager, consultant psychiatrists, social workers, psychologists, medical professionals, compassionate nurses, attentive healthcare assistants, empathetic recovery staff, passionate volunteers, efficient administrators, and supportive peer mentors.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Initiating, developing, and delivering sustainable interventions to support individuals affected by substance use.
- Engaging individuals and families in psychosocial interventions that consider their wider family dynamics and relationships.
- Building and maintaining links with local partners and services to promote collaboration and shared learning.
- Providing advocacy, signposting, and referrals to ensure continued safeguarding and support for service users.
- Actively engaging with national/regional forums to stay informed and enhance your practice.
- Emotional intelligence and compassion for individuals and families facing challenges.
- Openness to new ideas and flexibility in adapting to different ways of working.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A commitment to upholding our organisational values and making a positive impact in our community.
- Level 3 qualification in a related health &/or social care discipline.
- Significant experience of working with a range of family members who face multiple risk factors such as family member substance misuse, domestic violence, anti-social behaviour, disability.
- Experience of assessment and managing a caseload of children, young people and adults, facilitating positive outcomes including diminished risk and increased resilience.
