Salary A highly regarded and established Kent Law firm is actively seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their hardworking and dedicated Family Law team.
Whilst you may not have worked within Family Law in your previous roles, you will be able to draw upon your extensive experience as a Legal Secretary and transfer these skills within this new area, as you autonomously support the firms Family Law fee earners, efficiently assisting with the management of their caseloads.

Responsibilities:
* Organising appointments
* Handling clients queries
* Preparing documents
* Audio typing
* Filing and photocopying
* Opening and closing files
* Liaising with solicitors
* Coordinating diaries and diary notes
* Answering calls
* Greeting visitors
* Collection and delivery of post
Location: Ashford
Salary: £21,000 - £23,500
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
