Are you a skilled Legal Secretary looking for a fulfilling opportunity to join a renowned law firm? Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their dynamic Family Team at our Margate office.

As part of the team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting fee earners in various aspects of family law, including matrimonial, divorce, private law, domestic abuse, and care proceedings. Your responsibilities will include typing from digital dictation, electronic filing, file maintenance, handling telephone communications, managing appointment diaries, and providing excellent client service.

The ideal candidate will possess fast and accurate typing skills, clear communication abilities, and proficiency in using office equipment and software applications. Experience in dealing with both legal aid and privately funded work is desirable.
