My client a well-established legal practice, is currently seeking an experiencedFamily Legal Secretary to support the fee earners on their matters, which will include divorce, civil partnership dissolution, cohabitation, pre-nuptial and pre-partnership agreements, arrangements for children, financial arrangements, change of name and domestic abuse.
The role will involve:
- Secretarial and administrative support to Fee Earners
- Preparation and typing of correspondence and legal documents
- Audio typing
- Filing, photocopying and scanning
- Opening and closing files
- Dealing with client enquiries both in person and by telephone
- Organising Fee Earner diaries
- Preparation of court bundles
Suitable Candidates will have:
- At least 12 months recent experience of supporting a Family team
- Accurate Keyboard Skills
- Experience of audio typing
- Experience of using a case management system
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
