A reputable North London firm are looking for a Family Solicitor to join their expanding team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-year PQE and be able to deal with both public and private Family law matter.
Need to have a good understanding of the following areas in terms of Private Law:
• Divorce
• Finances on divorce
• Private children act proceedings
• Non-molestation order
• Be able to do their own advocacy (non-essential)
Need to have a good understanding of the following areas in terms of Public Law:
• Care proceedings
• EPO’s
• A desire to become a member of the Children’s Panel (non-essential)
The successful candidate will have a history of being able to meet their fee income targets and have run their own case load previously.
