You will be dealing with a caseload of privately funded work and your day will consist of the following: -
- Advise clients on divorce and separation matters
- Handle financial remedy cases related to family law
- Provide guidance on children-related issues in family law
- Offer expertise in cohabitation agreements
- Regularly engage with high-net-worth family finance cases
- Navigate complex situations involving significant business assets
- Manage international elements within family law cases
- Specialise in various areas of matrimonial finance work
