An experienced Family Solicitor is sought to join a regional law firm. Having a specialist reputation in the commercial sphere, the firm deal with a high-quality caseload of family matters from repeat clients and referrals to this longstanding Family Law team.
Role Overview:
As a Family Solicitor you will be supported by a team of established professionals both within the firm and the local area. The team, highly regarded locally and across the firm deal with all aspects of Private Family matters including:
- Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements
- Divorce, dissolution, and judicial separation
- Inheritance Claims
- Domestic abuse
- Cohabitation Agreements
- Property Disputes
- Children's Financial Claims
- Children Disputes
- Financial Settlements
