Our client is in search of a skilled Solicitor to become a part of their team, where you will independently handle a varied caseload of high-quality Family Law matters. Your expertise will be highly valued within the Firms dynamic and enthusiastic team.

Type of work:
Manage a caseload of private law proceedings to include:
Divorce/Dissolution
Financial Remedy
Private law Children Act
Separation
Cohabitation Agreements
What will be expected of you?
- A 3-year PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- A competent practitioner and advocate
- Time management skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines
- Able to deal with clients with sympathy and empathy as appropriate
- The flexibility to work outside normal office hours as this may be required occasionally
- Delegating work to junior members of staff as appropriate
- To consider taking part in pro-bono work
- To engage in business development activities
- To produce blogs and articles for the website or social media
