SalaryService Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a Legal 500 firm who are seeking a Family Solicitor to join their team. Please find below further details regarding this position.
ROLE: Family Solicitor
LOCATION: South East London
SALARY: £35,000 to £45,000
The Role of The Family Solicitor
- A Fee Earning position, to independently run a caseload of a mixture of public and private family law matteres
- Public and legal funded matters will involve representing clients in the magistrates, county and the supreme courts
- Matters will be a mixture of Childcare, adoption, divorce and more
The Person
- A qualified Solicitor or CILEx member with around 1 to 3 years' PQE within Family Law
- Experienced in manging a mixture of publicly funded and privately funded matters through to completion
- Strong time management and strong team working ethic would be essential to sit in line with the ethos of the team
