Are you an experienced Private Family Senior Solicitor looking for a new position dealing with high value private family matters to include matrimonial finance and child matters? An award winning and one of the best known family firms in Cardiff are looking for a solicitor to join with succession planning in mind. Working from home is actively encouraged in the firm and you only need to attend the office as necessary

This is what you'll be doing:

• To provide a range of family advice to private paying clients, most of which are high value
• To act promptly and in the best interests of the client
• To achieve financial costs
• To engage in business development
• To deliver training to the team and to clients
• To supervise junior members of the team if possible
• Working from home is actively encouraged in the firm and you only need to attend the office as necessary

The experience you'll bring to the team:

• Qualified Senior Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Experience in Private family Law is essential as is up to date knowledge in this area
• A passion for this area of law and getting the best outcome for your clients
• Supervisory experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Excellent academics
• The ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work with high attention to detail
• Able to use IT systems
