Key responsibilities:
Caseload Management:
- Handling a variety of Family Law matters, including divorce/dissolution, financial remedy, cohabitee disputes, pre and post-marital agreements, private law children matters, and Family Law Act injunctions.
- Efficiently managing the caseload, ensuring that each case is given appropriate attention and progressing in a timely manner.
- Meeting agreed-upon financial targets, which could involve billing, revenue generation, or other financial performance metrics set by the organization.
- Identifying situations where cases may benefit from expertise outside of Family Law and making cross-referrals to other teams within the organization. This ensures that clients receive comprehensive and specialized support.
- Providing a high level of client care, which includes effective communication, responsiveness, and empathy.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by addressing their needs, concerns, and expectations throughout the legal process.
- Qualified Family Solicitor (4 years PQE plus)
- Resolution Accreditation would be an advantage.
- Excellent client care skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Familiarity with the LEAP case management system D
- History of meeting targets/ deadlines
- Interest in Business Development
