Sous la responsabilité du Responsable du Support de la Direction Informatique (DSI), vous serez garant de la bonne gestion du parc informatique.

Finalites Du Poste
•Assurer la gestion des commandes informatique (matériel et logiciel) pour l’ensemble de la DSI et des SELAS (laboratoires et plateau technique)
•Garantir l’inventaire du parc matériel et logiciel
•Assurer la préparation des postes avant l’envoi sur les sites

Missions Principales
•Gestion des commandes :
o Recensement des besoins en matériels et logiciels auprès des labos et des différentes directions ;
o Etablir des demandes d’achat, suivi des bons de commandes et suivre la facturation des commandes,
o Suivi des réceptions et de la validation pour facturation
•Gestion de l’inventaire
o Gestion stock matériel neuf (référencement/organisation/classement etc.)
o Saisie des informations de réception et d’envoi dans un logiciel de suivi ITAM (ITOP)
o Garantir la cohérence de la base parc avec la réalité du terrain,
o Assurer la préparation des matériels de type PC fixe et portables via masterisation SCCM
o Assurer le suivi des contrats de maintenance,
•Anticiper les besoins et gérer les stocks.
•Anticiper les fins de contrats / garantie
•Assurer le suivi budgétaire des différentes entités

Profil
•Formation bureautique, gestion ou logistique (Equivalence bac+2) avec intérêt pour l’informatique
•Bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
•Sens du service client, sens du contact, sens du travail en équipe (bon relationnel), ponctualité, polyvalence, discrétion
•Respect des engagements, gestion des priorités, organisation, autonomie, rigueur, capacité d’écoute et de communication

Under the responsibility of the IT Department Support Manager (ISD), you will be responsible for the proper management of the IT equipment.

Purpose Of The Position
• Ensure the management of computer orders (hardware and software) for the entire IT department and SELAS (laboratories and technical platform)
• Guarantee the inventory of the hardware and software fleet
• Ensure the preparation of the positions before sending to the sites

Main Missions
• Order Management:
o Identification of hardware and software needs with laboratories and different departments
o Establish purchase requisitions, follow up on purchase orders and follow up on order invoicing
o Follow-up of receipts and validation for invoicing
• Inventory Management:
o New material stock management (referencing/organization/filing, etc.)
o Entering Receiving and Sending Information into ITAM Tracking Software (ITOP)
o Guarantee the coherence of the fleet base with the reality on the ground
o Ensure the preparation of desktop and laptop equipment via SCCM mastering
o Ensure the follow-up of maintenance contracts
• Anticipate needs and manage inventory
• Anticipating the end of contracts / warranty
• Ensure the budget follow-up of the various entities

Profile
• Office automation, management or logistics training (Bac+2 equivalence) with an interest in computer science
• Good analytical and synthesis skills
