Join our Edinburgh based Fiduciary team overseeing clients, ensuring regulatory compliance and fiduciary duties are met. Collaborate with European Trustee operations to deliver seamless service and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Fiduciary Oversight:
- Ensure regulatory obligations are fulfilled, including breach reporting and daily banking.
- Conduct investment and borrowing monitoring checks for designated funds.
- Manage data flow and resolve client issues promptly.
- Monitor daily cash flow in line with AIFMD requirements.
Client Management:
- Provide excellent Trustee & Depositary service, acting as a primary contact for clients.
- Attend fiduciary meetings and provide necessary information for reports.
Administration - General:
- Handle account opening and maintenance.
- Maintain fiduciary databases and client documentation.
- Develop and maintain Procedures Manual.
General:
- Participate in projects as requested by senior management.
Knowledge/Experience:
- 3+ years in fiduciary, compliance, or financial services.
- Experience in client interaction up to Director level.
- Strong knowledge of UK and EMEA funds regulatory framework.
Skills:
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Knowledgeable in Trustee/Depositary standards and investment bank products.
