The Role of the Field Applications Engineer:

• This is a hybrid role, split between home and on customer sites across the UK
• Conducting joint visits with the sales team to provide technical advice and support
• Providing internal guidance and educating the team
• Assist with customer issues and queries in person and remotely via phone, email, etc.
• Able to explain solutions to designers and electronic engineers
• Deliver technical presentations
• Working Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, approximately 2 - 3 days in the field and the rest home based.

The Candidate for Field Applications Engineer:

• Experience with electrical or electronic design and engineering
• Familiarity with numerous electronic, PCB, electromechanical, and power components
• Confident when presenting either remotely or in-person
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK as no sponsorship will be provided

The Package for the Field Applications Engineer:

• £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary, depending on experience
• Company Bonus (£2k - £3k)
• Component bonus (£2k - £3K)
